the Madison Church board meetings are attended by congregationally elected elders, deacons, trustees, and the treasurer. the pews under the balcony are closed off and the meeting is convened by the chairman of the board (Randy Read) shortly after the worship service ends

simultaneously a women’s committee (CCW) meets downstairs. this is an open committee, and all ladies are welcome to join-in and help out.
